2010-11: *** Your financial aid eligibility for Fall 2010 and/or Spring 2011 and/or Summer 2011 will be determined based on the 2010-11 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which you may electronically submit on-line NOW using your PIN at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. You and/or your spouse OR you and/or your parent's 2009 income tax information be will needed to complete the FAFSA. Additionally, please submit the Additional Benefits/Expenses form to advise the MSU Financial Aid Office of any scholarships/benefits you may receive AND/OR child care expenses you may incur in 2010-11 as this information will be taken into account at the time we are processing your financial aid award(s); adjustments may be necessary to your award(s) if the Financial Aid Office is made aware of any scholarship(s) or additional benefits you will receive AFTER your award(s) are determined. Also, you can choose to submit the Release of Information form if you want the MSU Financial Aid Office to discuss and/or release written information to your parent(s), organizations(s), etc...regarding your financial aid. And, please review the current Statement of Academic Progress (SAP) rules so you are aware of your current financial aid standing. Additionally, you may still be required to submit other documentation, such as tax return(s), verification worksheet, etc.., upon receipt of the 2010-11 FAFSA results. (NOTE: Information regarding your Summer 2011 enrollment plans will be collected from you in the Spring 2011 semester).
