Have you checked your email lately??????  The MSU Financial Aid Office is contacting students regarding their financial aid status and award eligibility via the email address reported on the FAFSA.  If no email address is reported on the FAFSA, the student will receive a letter from the Financial Aid Office.

Waiting on your refund check??????  We encourage you to view your billing statement or check the status of your refund check online after your award(s) has posted to your MSU account; simply click on 'Account Summary' after you have logged onto WebWorld. By reviewing your account summary, you will be able to determine if your grants, loans or scholarships have posted to your student account. Awards identified as 'Estimated' have not been applied to your account yet. Please continue to monitor your student account to ensure your awards are posted.  Also, by reviewing your account summary, you will be able to determine if your refund check has been issued and if so, its effective date.  Refund checks are mailed to your LOCAL address typically within 3-5 business days of the effective date.
